If I cancel my subscription can I still login and access my data?

Yes, you can, matthewmartin33.

 

Your data will be available in read-only access for a year once you cancel your subscription. I'd recommend exporting or printing your data before doing so. This ensures you'll have a handy copy of your file.

 

If you're ready to cancel your account, I'd suggest following the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and then select Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  5. Once done, follow the onscreen instructions.
