Let me share some information and help you fix any display issues while using QuickBooks Online.

 

Some browsers may not work well with our training systems. I suggest you use other supported browsers that works perfectly with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Accountant.

 

If that doesn't work, you can check your pop-up blocker. This may also block training courses and exams. Check out this links below to learn how to temporarily turn off the pop-up blocker for browsers:
