Question

In the android app I always get " Unsaved Changes Are you sure you want to cancel and lose any changes?" after I've saved my changes

Ideally I would have been able to contact support directly but there is no option which is whack. Also the keyboard on my phone covers this field when typing which is allso whack.

Thank you for being specific about your issue. Let's go over some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.

 

To refresh the connection, close and restart QBO first. Then, to optimize the app's overall performance, clear the app's data.

 

You can either perform the process in the QuickBooks Online App or through your device. Here's how:

 

In QBO:

  1. In your company, click on the Question mark icon to open the Help and Feedback screen.
  2. From there, click on the Refresh Data link.
  3. Another window will pop-up informing about the action.
  4. Hit Refresh to proceed.

If you get the same thing, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
