Intuit billing & Subscription does not appear every time I want to access it,under Accounts & Settings, Any suggestions?

Please know that this isn't the experience we'd want you to have when using QuickBooks Online (QBO). We want to ensure we're providing accurate information to get around this.

The Billing and Subscription option is no longer under Account and Settings. You will see this option under the Profile section. The Billing & Subscription tab is only available if you're logged in as either the Master or Company Admin.

If you are an administrator and cannot locate a particular option, your browser may be experiencing some issues. Sometimes, you can encounter unexpected behavior in the program browser-related issues. Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem. First, sign in through a private window, then review your trips again. 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

If it works fine, return to your default browser and clear its cache to start afresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser.
