Invitation to access books

Hi,

 

I have been invited by my client to access their books.

I accepted the invite and created an account.

I can now sign in but I still have not got access to the accounts.  It says that there is no QB Online or QB Online Accountant for this email address.

 

How do I get access to their account, please?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Can you get your client to fully remove/delete you as a user on their account and then  get them to re send you the invite and then you should be able to gain access into their account. If you still have any problems then reach back out to us again.
