Inviting Others

The person I am inviting has been asked to type "YES" back to verify his number but it will not deliver. I am very sure it is not his phone or airtime provider. Can anyone please help?

To provide you with more effective assistance, it would be greatly appreciated if you could provide us with further details regarding your concern. Can you share what QuickBooks program you sent the invite? Is it in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or QuickBooks Workforce?

Thanks for getting back in this thread, @Rick Phoenix. I'm here to share some troubleshooting steps to help you remove the error about the invalid HTML.

 

As much as I would like to get this handled quickly, I need more information. What are you trying to do that prompts the error? Are you inviting an accountant, user, or employee? Any additional information will help us narrow down this issue.

 

In the meantime, review the file format and size of the jpg. Make sure there's no special character. Check if the location is not restricted, as it may also cause issues.

 

The cache piled up on your browser affects the performance. To fix this, use a private browser to access your QuickBooks account. It doesn't retain local files to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

 

If this works, you’ll need to clear the browser's cache to start with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives.
