Thanks for swinging by the Community.

Yes. It's possible to assign an invoice template for each of your brands in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and I'm here to guide you on how.

To begin, you can enable location tracking in your QBO. It categorises data from various departments within the same company and allows you to view all payments for a single location. To do that:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. Select the pencil icon in the Categories section, and turn on Track locations.
  4. Click Save, then Done.

Then, create templates to personalise the invoice layouts for each brand.

Next, you'll have to configure the location information to apply conditions. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select All lists.
  2. Click Locations.
  3. Select New.
  4. Provide a name and check the boxes for the conditions you want to apply.
  5. Click Save.

In addition, you can run basic reports in QBO, so you'll have a snapshot of the different aspects of your business.
