Question

Is it possible to batch decline estimates?

I would like to tidy up our accounts and reject/decline a batch lot of estimates from 2022 and 2023, is this possible to do in one go? I can only see that i have to do each one individually which is going to be time consuming.

Currently, QuickBooks Online doesn't have a built-in feature to batch decline estimates. You would need to decline each one individually, as you've noted.

 

However, to help manage this task more smoothly, you may consider using a third-party app from the QuickBooks App Store that offers batch management features or can assist with bulk updates.

 

Alternatively, if the volume is significant, exporting the list to Excel for record-keeping might be helpful, then manually marking them as declined in QBO.
