Is there a date when the issue INV 39620will be sorted as i cannot log in to my bank Handelsbanken and I need to do my VAT?

I checked the tracking number and it's still being sorted out, elliotproperties. 

 

We don't have a specific time-frame as to when it'll get a permanent fix. If you haven't contacted our Phone Support Agents yet, I suggest reaching out to them so they can add your account to the notification list.

  1. Click the Help icon and select Contact us.
  2. Enter your concern in the blank field and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose a way on how you'll want to connect with us.

Meanwhile, our engineers gave an update to have your bank transactions be downloaded through a CSV file. We can ask a list of your needed transactions from your bank and save it in a CSV file. Then, here's how you import your transactions in QuickBooks: 

 

  1. Go to the Banking page. 
  2. Select the Handelsbanken bank tile.
  3. At the upper-right, click File Upload.

Once you have your transactions in the For Review page, you can now assign, categorise, edit, and add your downloaded banking transactions
