Is there a way to change the view in QBO? We moved from Desktop Pro abour a month ago and I miss their layout... Can this be replicated to QBO as its more user friendly

Both QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop(QBDT) offers a variety of features to our customers. However, these two have each own differences in significant ways. Therefore, there's no option for us to change QBO's layout that is similar to QBDT.

You can access QBO from any computer or mobile device connected to the internet, and it’s easy to share data with your accountant. While QBDT must be installed on your computer, which offers faster navigation and data input but a limited ability to share access.

In addition, QBO is best for new users who want to share their data and work closely with an outside accountant. On the other hand, QBDT is best for experienced bookkeepers who spend most of their time in an office and want a fast program that doesn’t depend on internet speed.
