MA Claim process

Sent in all the documents to prove identity and NO resolution. Ex employee set up account has been gone 4 years. Updated to Desktop 2020 and his info is still on there. I have proved that I am owner and still not good enough. No help calling in, customer service rep is there to pacify. Get me to someone in that department instead of taking hours out of my day! Up to 4 phone calls now.

When you submit a master admin claim, all updates or additional documents needed is sent to your email address.

 

Furthermore, our QuickBooks Desktop support we'll be able to check the status for you. I can see the urgency to get this done. I recommend reaching out to them and verify if there are other things they need to complete the process.
