My accountant tried to reset his password. He was sent an email and was advised of a text message to follow, but never received it. How can I reset it for him?

Welcome to the Community. I can share some clarification about changing the QuickBooks password.

 

The option to reset your accountant's access using your account is unavailable. Since a text message wasn't received, it would be best to proceed with contacting our QuickBooks Support Team.


One of them will be able to take over and help your accountant get back on track. To reach them, please provide this link: Contact QuickBooks Online Accountant and ProAdvisor Support.
