My accountants link to QuickBooks has expired. He needs access. There is no option on mobile or online browser to refresh or re-add as user..? How do I do this please?

Normally, there is an option to remove an existing user on your Manage Users page. You can try logging in using a mobile browser and change the view to Desktop View or Desktop Site, depending on your browser. Then, navigate through the Manage Users page, and re-add your accountant.

 

You can also log in to QuickBooks using a computer.
