Hi there, mburness1976-gma.

I’m here to help reconnect your online banking connection. We’ll have to run some basic troubleshooting steps to rectify the issue.

Let’s check to see if the browser in your computer has a full cache. This can often cause errors and prevent web pages from loading properly.

That said, log in to your company using private browsing or incognito mode. Performing this method will help check if the cache is the cause and prevent you from reconnecting your bank. Once opened, link your account from there.

Here’s how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Microsoft Edge).
  • Press Command + Shift + N (Safari).

If this works in a private window, clear the cache of your regular browser to fetch the latest version of the webpage. This will also enhance your browsing experience. If the issue persists, use another browser.

For additional resources, check the following article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking. It contains solutions on how to link your account to the bank feeds.

Let me share another resource to help get your online banking connection working again: How to re-authorise your bank connection. From there, you’ll learn how to review your bank data, disconnect the account, and reconnect it.

Reach out to me again if you have other banking concerns. I’m only a few clicks away for help. Have a good one.
