There's an open investigation about the log in issue for Natwest Cards Online (UK), bethsawyers.

As a workaround, you can upload the bank transactions using a CSV file, or try connecting through Natwest Cards Online (UK) - Other Cards.

Here's how you can upload the transactions in QuickBooks Online:

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. In the Banking page, select File Upload button located in the upper right.
  3. Click the Browse button and select the CSV file.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Under QuickBooks Account drop-down, choose the bank account where you want to upload the transactions.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Map the columns, make sure that it matches what you have in the QuickBooks fields. Then, click Next.
  8. Select the transactions you want to upload, and select Next.
  9. Select Yes when you get a prompt that QuickBooks will import the transactions.
  10. Click Let's go! when done.

I've got some sample screenshot for a visual guide:

For reference, you can open this article: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.
