Hello there, ravenpropertyhul.

Yes. Even if you cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription, you will still be able to access your records. That means, QuickBooks allows you to retain read-only access to your data for 1 year from the date of cancellation. However, please keep in mind that you won't be able to make any changes or updates to the data once your subscription is canceled.

Here's an article for more details: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?

I've added this link in case you decide to reactivate your account: Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have other concerns about your QuickBooks Online account. I'll be here to help. Keep safe!

You will need to keep your data for 7 years, correct?

You may consider converting your data to another accounting app with a free plan.
