My linked tide business account never automatically shows transactions, I have to log in (via the web not app) and manually click on update for anything to show, why?

Hello Contact65, 

 

Have your updated your tide account to the new open banking which is available now, with the new open banking the account show be automatically pulling your transactions in for you. 

 

Are you getting any error codes or messages by any chance?
