Clearing the cache in your web browser is the same as resetting the app data. They save time by collecting cache (cookies) when loading repetitive data and graphics. These files can get corrupted or outdated, resulting in difficulties like your program not updating in sync with your desktop. The steps for resetting the app data are listed below.

 

1. Click the Help menu at the top of the screen.
2. Select Reset App Data on the drop-down selection.
