My Quickbooks subscription is not working despite it saying it is active and they have taken the money for the subscription.

The error message I get says “We couldn't finish activating your account. Come back to this page later to try again or contact us.”

This error usually occurs when there is an error in communication between the billing on third-party accounts (Apple/Google Play) and QuickBooks.

 

I can see you have contacted our support team who will apply a fix for the issue. Please wait on a further email update to confirm once this has been applied. You'll then be able to access your account as usual - thanks!
