You can perform a few browser troubleshooting steps, usergerardsmith.

 

Stored cache files within a regular browser can cause unusual behavior when not deleted regularly. You can start by accessing QuickBooks Online through a private browser. From there, you can resubscribe.  If you're able to do so, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. Other supported browsers can also help you isolate these kinds of issues.
