My subscription is showing as expired since August last year, but payments (£4.99 plus £11.99) have been going through regularly and are due to renew automatically later.

Let's check why you're QuickBooks Online subscription is automatically renewed monthly, rabergemann.

 

You may have signed up for the discounted price for 6 months. Once it's over, you have to pay the regular price. I recommend logging into your QuickBooks Online account and review the payment history.

 

Doing this will help you to manage billing, payment, and subscription info directly from the system. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Sign in as a master or company admin.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks Online tile, select View payment history.
  5. Your billing history shows the last 6 months’ bills.


If your accountant handles your subscription for you, you won't see the Account and Settings. Ask your accountant admin to change your access permissions.
