I recognize the inconvenience and impact of this suspension on your business, @hollieanneclark-. I’m here to help reinstate your QuickBooks subscription.

When users receive an email saying the subscription is suspended, it usually means we can't process the payment. If your credit card has expired, you’ll want to update your billing information to get you back working.

Here’s how you do it:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Select the Gear icon, then go to Account and settings.
  3. Click the Billing & subscription tab.
  4. Under Payment method, select Edit.
  5. Enter the full bank or credit card information by typing in the complete card number, name on the card, expiration date, and security code. Make sure the address in QBO is the same one that appears on your statement.
  6. Select Save Changes.

Once the payment is processed, the suspension should be cleared within 24 hours. Otherwise, I’d recommend contacting our support team. Our representatives can check it further and provide ways to restore your company.
