My trip tracking is logging my trips one day behind. So my tips are not logging in actual time. Why is this ?

First, please ensure to set your device’s time zone correctly as the application will depend on the date and time specified in your desktop or mobile devices.

 

After correcting it and still experiencing the same issue, we can perform troubleshooting steps that enable us to eliminate common data errors and sort things out concerning the delayed posting of your trips.

 

For mobile devices, you can follow the steps below:

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Tap the Menu ☰ and click the Help & Feedback.
  2. Click the Refresh Data.
  3. To confirm, click Refresh.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Select the menu at the top right and choose Settings.
  2. Then select Refresh Data and choose Yes.

 

I’ll also outline these steps in taking measures if you’re using a web browser to monitor them. The following are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If a private browser shows the correct time posting of the trips, switch back to your default browser and delete its cache. The best way to give your browser a fresh start is to clear the cache or cookies. If not, using one of the supported browsers can also be a smart choice.
