Need to update my account from Self Employed to Small Business

Hi Faye, thanks for joining the QuickBooks Community

Due to the differences in products it's not possible to switch directly between QuickBooks Self-Employed and QuickBooks Online. However, we've created a guide with steps to take to make sure you can keep hold of your data.

Once cancelled, you'll be able to access QuickBooks Self-Employed through to the end of your billing period. We'll keep your data for one year after, should you need to re-subscribe to access this.
