No longer on Payroll but still getting billed

I am no longer doing payroll through quickbooks and this has been for the last month. However, I'm still getting billed. I need to stop this ASAP. Please advise on how to do this. Thanks.

I’ll help ensure you’re able to stop your payroll service charge.

 

It's possible your payroll subscription is still active, which is why you’re getting billed for the subscription charge.

 

If you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP), you can cancel the payroll subscription within the program. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the upper right. 
  2. Select Account and Settings. 
  3. Choose Billing & Subscription. 
  4. Go to the Payroll section. 
  5. Click Cancel on the Subscription status. 

 

If you're using PaySuite, you'll not be charged for any payroll usage. There isn't an option to turn it off once it was turned on. For more information, you can check out this helpful article: Cancel QuickBooks Payroll.
