No subscription tab I want to give to money

If the subscribe button is not available when you go to the Billing & Subscription page, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve it.

 

Let's start by opening an incognito or private browser because this mode doesn't store cache. Then, go to http://qbo.intuit.com/ and log in to your account. Once logged in, go to the Gear > Account and Settings > Billing & Subscription and check to see if you have the Subscribe button.

 

If the option is available, then go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. Clearing them helps resolve any browser-related issues and refresh the browser's settings.

 

You can also open your account in a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari) as an alternate solution.

 

If the you still can't see the Subscribe button, then I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team by following these steps:

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.
