Old invoices for my QuickBooks

Hello QuickBooks team, I have gone into my account settings - billing and noticed that only invoices dated February 2019 and later are available for donwload. Is it possible to get access to invoices that pre-date this, for example to the start of my subscription? I am using QuickBooks Online. Thank you. Kindest regards, Bojan Telebak

Yes, you can have a copy of old subscription invoices. To get the details of your subscription billing statement, you'll need to reach out to our Customer Care Team. They have the ability to pull up your account in a secure space and send you an email about your payment details.
