Our previous accountant gave us limited access including subscription. Is there any way for me to retrieve all access? Unfortunately, we can't contact previous accountant

Is your accountant Primary Admin of your account?

Yes but unfortunately he’s not available to do anything and the new company can’t access much. Any advice?

In our experience, Support won't help to resolve this case. If you are able to login as Company Admin on your current account, consider opening a new blank QBO account.
