Please help! How do i cancel my subscription.

Welcome to the Community, @Debo77.

 

I'd like to share some insights first before you decide to cancel your subscription. Once you process and submit the cancellation, you can still access your account but you can only view some information. You'll need to print the forms and reports that you may need in the future.

 

When you're ready, you can perform these easy steps:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
  2. Tap the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  5. Follow the next steps and select Submit and cancel subscription.
  6. Select Got it.
