Please help I cannot send invoices it says your subscription may have expired or on tact customer service …?? My subscription is up to date

Hi there, lowcostblackpool. 

 

Let me make it up to you by ensuring you'll be able to send invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

There are a few possible reasons why you're getting this error message. Here are the following:

 

  • Incorrect account
  • The account number added on file is invalid.
  • The card is over the limit or expired.
  • Incorrect billing address or the information includes a special character and doesn't match with the one shown on your credit card statement.

 

If everything is correct, you can check your Billing & Subscription page to confirm your subscription status. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Choose Settings ⚙ at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
  4. Click Billing & Subscription.
  5. Select Resubscribe, and input the updated billing information.

However, if it still shows expired, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team.  They have the tools needed to check the status of your account in a secure environment.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
  5. Select between Send a messageSchedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
