QB Pro 1 User Monthly Service Plan how do I log in to this. Can no longer find on my computer%21

I had to get my computer repaired a while ago and now I can't work out how to get my Quickbooks desktop back as it's no longer appears to be on my computer.  I really need help with this as soon as possible as you can imagine.
