Qb saying subscribed, google saying not - not been able to continue subscription since trial ran out

Let's verify your subscription status on a private window, 

 

There are times that an issue like this occurs when the system encounters any browser-related concerns.

 

You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open a private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If you're able to verify the status, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected errors in the system.

 

We can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
