QBSE not recognising that I've subscribed through Apple
I've subscribed to your product through itunes but find I can't use the app. It says my free trial has expired then prompts me to choose a package. I select the one QBSE option, then a popup on my phone tells me I'm subscribed already to the chosen product, until the beginning of May.
I've tried going through the Desktop version of Quickbooks , but can't get past putting my number in to receive a download link for the app that i already have. Going around in circles. have tried un/re - installing the app.
Please can you help?
