Quickbooks logging me out when I try to reconcile

Just as the header says really.  I am in reconcile and I am trying to view anomalous transactions but when i click view quickbooks logs me out and I have to sign in again.  This happens every time.  I have reloaded several times to no avail.  What am I doing wrong or is this a bug in the system?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Can you try rebuild the file by going to file>Utility>Rebuild Data.  If it still happens after that repair the installation. If that doesnt work try it on another file, even a test file to see if it is happening on more than 1 file.
