Help!
We are a small sports club and our elderly treasurer Mr Peter Bennett has suffered a life changing Stroke. He is seriously ill and unable to communicate.
He runs an old desktop pro 2016 quickbooks system
We have no passwords or admin passwords. The attached pdf shows the original licence number and product number
The only thing we have is the Quickbook files from his PC.
We tried the admin reset link and dont recognise the telephone number the passcode gets sent to.
Is there any way to reset the passwords and gain access please?
