reinstalling QB2015 validation code

Please can anyone tell me how I can find my validation code within Qb 2015.  I need to reinstall onto a new computer and as I am not the Primary User (long since left the company) I cannot receive a reminder by email.

 

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Can you ring the helpline on 0808 168 9535, and give them your license number the agent will be able to have a look at your account and help you more there.

Tried that several times, they won't help because I am not the primary user.  She left ages ago...

Apparently I should be able to find it within QuickBooks?  Been sent a verification code, what's the difference?

If no one from your company asked for the validation code beforehand, you wouldn't find it in your old email. You should consider upgrading to the latest version. Otherwise, you can purchase a one-time QBD 2019 license at a lower cost.
