Renewed my subscription via Apple Pay and still can’t access my account this happened previously with another account linked to another email address.

I'm here to share some information about your subscription renewal.

 

Once we've updated our credit card information, your resubscription will be automatically processed by the program. Upon renewal for each subscription term, the credit card on file is debited, and a notification is emailed to the billing contact. The billing for all QuickBooks Online accounts happens overnight, so the charge does not occur until after midnight. Example: If you've resubscribed (updated your payment info) on 4/16/2020, your next charge date would be 4/17/2020 and the charge would occur very early on 4/17/2020.

 

If the automatic renewal isn't successful after 24 hours, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, we'll be able to pull up your account then manually process the renewal for you. Before doing so, please check out our support hours to ensure that we address your concerns on time.

 

Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter "Subscription renewal" in the description.
  4. Hit the Let's talk button.
  5. Select Start a chat or Get a callback.

Once done, your QuickBooks Online subscription will renew automatically every month.
