set a default payment due date for all invoices

Hi,

I have managed to manually adjust my 'payment due date' on an invoice I have just created but wondered if there is a way to set it to default to 'due on receipt' for all invoices, instead of having to change it every time i create an invoice?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can set the default payment terms for your invoices so that you don't have to adjust the payment due date each time manually. To set your default payment terms to "due on receipt," follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Account and settings.
  2. On the left panel, choose Sales.
  3. From the Sales form content section, click the Preferred invoice terms drop-down menu.
  4. Select Due on receipt.
  5. After that, click Save.
