Snap a receipt

I have QBO Advanced and would like to provide some employees with the ability to snap a receipt on a mobile device and enter their timesheets. What level of user access can I set their account to enable just these two functions? They should not have access to general sensitive company data. I seem to be in a situation that to provide them with these two basic functions, they also have much wider visibility of business transactions. I upgraded to the Advanced version as I was informed that this would provide me the Custom Level of user management required? Any detailed help would be much appreciated.

 Hello DazDaw,

Welcome to the Community page,

If you have an advanced account you can set them up only for expense tracking. If You don't have an advanced account you can then set up receipt forwarding and they can email the receipts into the account with out having access on it.

In advanced it says to track time and submit expense claims - users added to this role can add their own timesheets and send expense claims.

If you don't have advanced then it is just receipt forwarding.
