Some problems when uploading bill

I hope you can help me with the following two questions.

 

1.  When uploading bill, there is some data we need to put in item detail, but the upload will only put in Category detail. Can this be solved?
2. Can you add the weight and unit price field in the Sample bill import.

I know why only the Category Detail is there when uploading the bill, Jane Xiao. I'll go over some details about this.

 

When importing a bill, there are specific features and limitations. One of these is that the Item Details part is unavailable to import. Therefore, the Product/Service section is impossible to upload. To learn more about what you need to do in importing process, check this article: Import your bills in QuickBooks Online.

 

Moreover, adding the weight and unit price fields is currently unavailable. We are constantly looking for ways to improve your QuickBooks experience. Consider sending your ideas to our product developers so they can examine them and might incorporate them into future product updates. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Settings icon, then select Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Then, click Next to submit feedback.
