Question

Spinning circle! Have been trying to sign in (new account) without any joy. Have deleted cache, tried various browsers and get the same thing.

Was able to sign in first few times without any problems. Not sure why this has now changed. I use a Mac book

This can happen if you select the wrong URL for your subscription type when logging in, if you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed, click here, if you're using QuickBooks Online (Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus) click here
