is anyone else having trouble logging in?

i try log in on the app and its saying I'm not subscribed when i am?

This isn’t what I want for you to experience when using the product. Let me share some information on why you’re receiving the message that you do not subscribe to QBO.
We’ve received reports from other users that they’re having issues logging in to the account. Our engineers are working to get this resolve as soon as possible.


While we’re unable to provide any workarounds, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team. This is to ensure you can sign up to the notification list. You’ll be notified via email once there’s progress in the investigation.


Here’s how to reach them:

 

  1. Choose the Assistant icon to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Then, key in the issue in the Type something box. For example, subscription concerns.
  3. Press the I still need a human button to display the support options.
  4. Pick Message an agent or Get a Callback.
  5. Provide the following number to expedite the process: INV-52160.
