Subscription errorYour trial or subscription has expired.I have an active Simple Start subscription but get this error message on the android app, any ideas please?

ho Samthrussell-gma, thanks for that information, can you please try refreshing the data and see if that resolve's it 

 

iOS

 1. go to menu (the 3 lines going down) an tap Help & Feedback

2. Tap Refresh Data. (note: a message appears "caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. it may take a few minutes")

3. tap refresh to confirm 

 

Android 

1. go to the menu (the 3 lines doing down) then tap more options

2. tap settings then Refresh Data

3. tap YES to confirm

 

 

If that doesn't work please then try to fully uninstall the app and then reinstall it again.

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Can you double check that you have downloaded the correct app it should be QuickBooks Online accounting  and not QuickBooks self-employed thanks. Please get back to us if you are still having any issues

Hi Ashleigh1, thanks for your reply. I have double checked and I do have the correct app. I am able to save an invoice using the web version and then edit it and save it using the app. But I can't create and save an invoice on the app without this error. Very strange!
