Subscription Fees Raising a Query and then the case being closed with no resolution!
So I raised a question months ago about a price increase that I had not been notified of, chased again, finally someone seemed to be helping and then even confirmed that this had been sorted out. In the meantime the increased amount was taken again, so I chased and as below Intuit actually confirmed in writing that a discount had been approved. I asked what it was and never got a reply and then when chasing to find out what was going on the case has been closed!
I have absolutely no idea what is going on and through 3 different businesses have been a customer for over 20 years plus!
Terrible service and I am still none the wiser as no one has come back to me at all!
