Question

The client account shows that I have access. I am unable to go into ANY clients. Top bar does not give me the option?

Hello elizabeth18, 

 

Please confirm you have access to the clients accounts by going to Team > Select your username > Client Access > Verify client is selected here.

 

If you do not see the option for 'Go to client's QuickBooks' on the top toolbar please clear the cache on the browser you are using or login through an incognito browsing window to troubleshoot.
