There is a problem with my subscription and I can’t access my account to sort it out. Any ideas

Hello Dannyhewson44-gm, thanks for posting on the Community page, please can you ring the supportline on 0808 234 5337, the line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm and is free from any UK landline or mobile and the agent on the phone will be able to look into what the issue is your having in regards to your subscription.
