Hi there, @sehammond28-gmai.

I'll help add an accountant to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.

Inviting an accountant to your QBSE account depends on some subscription. For example, if the subscription was taken out via Itunes or Google play billing, the option to invite an accountant isn't available. If this is the case, you'll want to cancel your subscription from Itunes or Google play. Once canceled, you can reach out to our QuickBooks Support Team to help move you onto Intuit billing.

However, if you subscribe to your QBSE account via Intuit, let's try accessing your account using a private. This way, we can check if it's a browser data issue. Press this shortcut key on your keyboard to open a private browser:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once logged in, go back and try to invite an accountant again to double-check. If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.

Please let me know if you need clarification about this, or there's anything else I can do for you. I'll be standing by for your response. Have a great day.
