This is ridiculous. I just want to speak with someone to sort my reconnect problem out. I am sick and tired of going through this nonsense every 90 days.

Can you tell me more about the bank that you're trying to reconnect and the error code that you're having? That'll help us provide the best resolution to this concern. 

 

You can reconnect the bank by clicking on the banner to re-authenticate the connection. Sometimes, this is an added security layer from your bank beyond user ID and password.

In case you still want to reach our Customer Support, you can reach them by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. Follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
  2. Provide us with some information about your concern.
  3. Select the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern, then on the Let's talk button. 
  4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.
