Trial expired even though paying for it

Getting sick of this now.  I spent months trying to get this sorted previously and has happend again. It says trial expired even though I'm paying for it. I fixed the payment in Google Play and payments gone out but still the same

Let me direct you to the support available to assist you with this. You'll want to check first if the payment was already reflected in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QBO as a primary admin.
  2. Click Settings ⚙, then Account and settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. In the QuickBooks Online tile, select View payment history.

 

In case it hasn't been reflected, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team since the Community is a public forum and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your account. They'll be able to verify your payment status and do further investigation into this concern.
