Question

Trying to edit an invoice prior to sending it and when I click save, it won’t save as it can’t find my subscription. I check the subscription on my app and it’s there.

Hello Lee-Isavsupport, thanks for posting on the Community page, are you trying to save the invoice on the app version or the web browser version? If you’re doing it on the app version can you try fully uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it and try save the invoice again. If still have an issue please try on the web browser version and see if it allows you to save the invoice there.
